CROP Walk 10/18/09 at 1:30 PM around Lake Merced

This year, the SF CROP Walk will be held around Lake Merced.  Meet at the Bufano statue on Brotherhood Way.  The new location is designed to tie in with the Big Rumble block party sponsored by the Brotherhood Way Association as part of the city-wide celebrations observing the 20th anniversary of the Loma Prieta earthquake.  The proceeds from the walk will benefit the San Francisco INterfaith Council Winter Shelter Program, as well as Church World Service.  See www.cropwalksf.org for more information, and to register or sponsor online.  Contact marc@missionbaycc.org with any questions.
